December Dripper: Brewing Device Lets You “Dial In Brew Flow”

What if making great coffee could be simpler? It’s a question many coffee equipment manufacturers seem to be asking right now. But Nick Cho of Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters believes he has the answer – and it involves adding one more variable for the brewer to control.

That’s right: more options can allow you to make brewing coffee simpler.

Introducing The December Dripper

His Kickstarter project, the December Dripper, allows brewers to choose how quickly the brew exits the dripper. Want a finer grind but don’t want to increase your brew time? Normally you’d have to play around with your recipe, tweaking ratios to create the best-possible profile. But with this invention, you can simply open your brewer a notch or two and the brew will flow out quicker.
