If you find yourself craving pour over some days, and immersion others, you have two options open to you. You could buy two different brewers – or you could invest in one of the growing number of brewers that offers both brew methods.
Manual Coffeemaker Nº3 is one of the latest of these. The third brewer from the minimalist-inspired design company Manual, it’s recently been put on Kickstarter. We decided to find out more.

Using The Manual Coffeemaker Nº3
This brewer, like the others in Manual’s range, is made primarily of glass. Founder and Creative Director Craighton Berman explains that it’s hand-blown and has a double-walled design, keeping the coffee warmer for longer.
He recommends the following brew guidelines:
Ground coffee: Up to 80g of coffee (around 8 heaped tablespoons) for both pour over and French press
Pour over: 3-5 minute brew time, depending on the coarseness and quantity of the ground coffee
So what do you think? Would you use this new brewing device?
